Clinical and Community Care: Increasing the demand for services and improving the provision of high-quality mental health care tailored to the needs of the population and PNBs and FNBs

(i) People with mental illnesses seek mental health services;
(ii) Trained mental health professionals are available at health facilities;
(iii) Evidence-based health information on mental health is generated and reported in DHIS 2;
(iv) Psychotropic medications and high-quality laboratory equipment are available at health facilities.

Community-Based Care

(i) The general population and at-risk individuals are educated about mental illness and trauma, as well as about non-discrimination and the prevention of stigma against people living with mental illness at the community level;
(ii) People living with mental illness and those suffering from trauma receive psychosocial support and follow-up care as part of a psychiatric care pathway.

Resilience and the Management of Psychological Trauma in the Police and Military

(i) Active members of the FDNB and PNB, as well as members of the FDNB and PNB who are at risk (those who have been demobilized, those before and after mission deployment, those approaching retirement, etc.) are educated about mental illness and trauma, as well as about non-discrimination and the prevention of stigmatization of people with mental illness within the FDNB and PNB;

(ii) People with mental illness and those suffering from trauma within the FDNB and PNB have access to psychosocial support and follow-up care through a structured psychiatric care pathway
